Controlling your dribble
1) Always dribble using your fingertips. They help to control the ball better than the palm of your hand.
2) You can use both your right and left hand to dribble. Just make sure to use one at a time!!!
3) Keep your dribble lower than your waist. When you have a dribble that is too high, defenders can steal the ball more easily.
4) Use your other arm to help protect the ball from your defender.
5) Keep your head up when you dribble so you can see where your teammates are.
